BusPlanner Web is used for parents to sign up for notifications on bus delays, cancellations, and any changes to your child’s route. Please download the instructions below to sign up.

Step-by-Step
Setting up your Parent Portal account in BusPlanner Web.

Open the Parent Portal
Go to the BusPlanner Web Parent Portal (button below) and sign in. If you do not have an account, choose “Create Account” and follow the prompts.

Add your student
Once logged in, click “Add Student.”

Enter the student’s details
Enter the student’s OEN (the nine digits on the report card, with no spaces or dashes), your house or building number only (no street name or unit number), then select the school and grade. If your student attends a specific program, include the program code in the grade.

View transportation
The pick-up and drop-off information is displayed, along with the student information and contacts. Repeat for every student in your care.

Turn on General Notices
To be notified of cancellations due to inclement weather, open “My Subscriptions,” check “Receive General Notices” under General Notices, and click “Save Changes.”

Get alerts by text
Click “Parent,” then “My Account,” and open Mobile Numbers. Enter your mobile number, check “I want to receive text alerts,” and click “Update.” Texts come from 1-705-482-8899, so do not block that number.
